The Recreation Supervisor will be an integral part of our team creating memory-making experiences by assisting with and organizing activities for our guests. The Recreation Supervisor will engage with our guests in a warm, friendly manner and be able to curate a memorable event exclusively for that guest. In addition to the daily tasks of recreation, this person would be responsible for:

- -Creating holiday activities

- - Ensuring a neat, clean and orderly pool deck

- -Oversee the pool deck attendants

- -Enhance sales of merchandise

- -Oversee large group team builder activities

The ideal candidate has professional, refined communication skills, can work in a fast-paced environment and will enhance the overall customer service of the recreation and pool experience.

Qualifications

• Comfortableworking primarily in an outdoor environment with all aspects of recreational activities under all weather conditions.
• Availableto work weekends and holidays (shifts vary based on business demands).
• 1-2 years experience in customer service preferred.
• 1-2 years experience working with children preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Must be comfortable interacting with guests.
• Maintains a positive attitude and takes initiative to get the job done.
• Eager to learn and to share knowledge and skills.
