Description
Our Culinary Internship Program offers currently enrolled or recent graduate culinary students an opportunity to gain real kitchen experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry practice, this program provides interns with hands-on training in food preparation, kitchen operations, and menu execution.
Rate of pay - $25
Interns will work alongside experienced chefs and kitchen staff, participating in tasks such as ingredient preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards. They will also gain exposure to inventory management, food safety protocols, and the organizational structure of a commercial kitchen.
This program runs from June 1, 2025 to July 31, 2025 during which interns rotate through different stations to develop a broad skill set. Interns are encouraged to ask questions, try new techniques, and contribute their creativity to dishes where appropriate.
By the end of the internship, students will have a deeper understanding of culinary operations, improved technical skills, and valuable experience that prepares them for a successful career in the food and hospitality industry.
