Description
You will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing corporate accounts to drive room revenue and market share growth. This role focuses on building strong relationships with business clients, developing customized proposals and ensuring a high level of service delivery. The ideal candidate is dynamic, proactive and results-driven with a deep understanding of the corporate travel segment.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in hotel sales with a focus on the corporate segment.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining successful business relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong market knowledge and business acumen in the local and regional corporate sectors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is an asset.
