Description
You will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue by developing strong relationships with long-stay corporate clients, relocation companies, project-based businesses, and other key segments. The role focuses on promoting the serviced residence product, securing new business, and retaining existing clients through effective sales strategies and account management.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in hospitality sales, preferably in the serviced apartment or extended-stay segment.
• Strong client management and negotiation skills with a proven track record in B2B sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the local corporate market and relocation trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Salesforce).
• Degree or diploma in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
