The Opportunity
Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Senior Analyst to join our International Total Rewards Team. In this role, you will be responsible of supporting global Total Rewards processes, participating in market trends (benchmarks) - surveys and assisting colleagues with benefits issues. Support the development and execution of strategies that drive talent attraction, engagement, and retention across Hyatt's business units.
Some of the activities of your role include aligning the Compensation and Benefits program with the overall strategy and goals of the company, as well as keeping records and job descriptions updated; analyzing data on wages and salaries and the cost of benefits; determine market rates and design bonus programs.
