Description
You will be responsible for driving the hotel's revenue by developing and maintaining strong business relationships with key accounts. This role involves leading sales strategies, managing high-value clients, mentoring junior sales team members and representing the hotel in high-level sales engagements. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, proactive and well-versed in hospitality sales practices.
Qualifications
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Demonstrated success in handling key accounts and generating significant revenue.
• Strong network and market knowledge in corporate, MICE or leisure segments.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead, coach and motivate junior team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Fluent in English; other language skills are an asset.
