Objetivo del Puesto:
Supervisar, organizar y controlar las actividades del área de comisariato, asegurando la correcta recepción, almacenamiento, preparación previa y distribución de productos, insumos y mise en place para las diferentes áreas de cocina, garantizando la frescura, calidad e higiene de los alimentos, cumpliendo con los estándares operativos y de seguridad alimentaria establecidos por el hotel.
