Description
Deliver a wide range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, hydrotherapy, and other holistic therapies in accordance with spa protocols and guest preferences.
Ensure an exceptional guest experience by creating a welcoming, tranquil, and personalized environment that reflects the high standards of a 5-star luxury spa.
Consult with guests before each service to assess physical condition, medical history, and specific concerns to tailor treatments safely and effectively.
Maintain pristine cleanliness and hygiene of all treatment rooms, equipment, linens, and common spa areas in line with international safety and sanitation guidelines.
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to recommend appropriate home care regimes and promote retail items that complement treatment results.
Contribute to spa revenue goals by upselling services, spa packages, and retail products in a non-intrusive, service-oriented manner.
Document guest treatment records accurately and confidentially, including service details, preferences, and any contraindications.
Stay current with wellness trends and participate in ongoing training and development sessions to continually enhance skills and service offerings.
Work collaboratively with spa team members, including reception, attendants, and management, to ensure seamless daily operations and guest satisfaction.
Represent the hotel's brand standards at all times through professional appearance, courteous communication, and consistent delivery of high-quality spa services.
Qualifications
Diploma or certification in massage therapy, spa therapy, or wellness treatments from a recognized institution.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a luxury spa, wellness center, or 5-star hotel environment.
Proficiency in multiple treatment modalities, such as Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, reflexology, and facial therapies.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and hygiene standards, with a focus on guest safety and comfort.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver personalized, high-end service to a discerning clientele.
