Description
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring the delivery of outstanding guest service and operatinal efficiency. You will serve as the first point of contact for guests, lead the front office team by example and assist in managing shifts and resolving guest issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in front office operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera Cloud) is an advantage.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team under pressure.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
