Tidal+ is the signature restaurant of Hyatt at Olive 8, providing guests with pairings showcasing the bounty of the Pacific Ocean, and the harvests from the lands of the Pacific Northwest. Tidal+ takes great pride in working with our local community to ensure quality and dependability, and serve fresh sea & farm -to-table dishes to our guests.

The Food Runner is responsible primarily for assisting the restaurant Server in serving the guest. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast paced position with continual customer contact.

This colleague will also be scheduled secondarily as the restaurant Host/Greeter. As a Tidal+ Host/Greeter, you are responsible for welcoming and creating the first impression for our guests. These individuals have the ability to influence the overall restaurant experience by their interactions that include providing table accommodations and offering menu recommendations. Greeters may be the final point of contact and have the ability to ensure guest satisfaction.

This is a seasonal position, with full-time hours estimated to conclude October 31st, 2025.

When scheduled primarily as a Food Runner, the hourly rate for this position is $20.76/hour to $21.18/hour. The starting rate for Food Runner is $20.76/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in the position for four years or more with Hyatt, which is currently offered at $21.18/hour. When scheduled secondarily as a Greeter, the hourly rate for this position is $26.25/hour.

This position earns additional compensation from gratuities and tips given at the guest's discretion to the Tidal+ serving team, as well as service charges on applicable orders.

Qualifications
