Position Overview
The Training & Development Coordinator plays a vital role on our Human Resources team. This bilingual role (English and Spanish) develops and facilitates training programs that elevate our colleagues' service delivery, align with Forbes luxury standards, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
This position champions a culture of learning, safety, and service excellence by coordinating new hire onboarding, ongoing skills development, and compliance-related training. The coordinator collaborates closely with department leaders to ensure our team is engaged, prepared, and consistently providing outstanding guest experiences. The role reports directly to the Director of Human Resources.
