Typical Shift Pattern: The bar is predominantly open in the evenings from 5pm to 1am

Duties and responsibilities related to the Bar Waiter/Waitress roleProvide an exceptional and personalised table service experience to all guests in the bar and terrace areas, ensuring every interaction is warm, welcoming, and professional.Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining attention to detail and a thorough understanding of the menu and daily specials.Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables and service areas, ensuring a seamless and elegant environment for guests.Liaise closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of orders.Anticipate guest needs and always aim to exceed expectations.Upsell and promote featured cocktails, premium drinks, and food pairings to enhance the guest experience.About you

You will ideally have previous experience as a Bar Waiter/Waitress, preferably within a luxury hotel, cocktail bar, or fine dining environment. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
