POSITION SUMMARY

Requisitos Técnicos:

Dominio del idioma inglés oral y escrito 70%.

Estudios o experiencia en hotelería, turismo o servicio al cliente directo

Dominio de paquetes de computación

Experiencia en servicios al cliente

Experiencia en ventas idealmente

Función Principal:

Persona encargada de asistir de manera personalizada a clientes locales, huéspedes y miembros del club en las áreas del departamento en la que se encuentre (spa, piscina, tennis, golf, fitness center); debe utilizar los protocolos locales y de marca en servicio. Es quien vela por la transición adecuada de cada cliente según el motivo de su visita, ya sea por servicio de spa o uso de instalaciones, brinda información pertinente asi como el seguimiento oportuno según la necesidad del servicio, prevé, comunica y asiste cada detalle y se asegura que las instalaciones se encuentren abastecidas, limpias y ordenadas según el estándar.
