Job Description For Commis De Rang - Room Service

POSITION SUMMARY

Nel ruolo di Commis per il Room Service, sarai responsabile dell'assistenza operativa nel servizio di ristorazione in camera (In-Room Dining), garantendo che ogni ordine venga preparato, presentato e consegnato agli ospiti nel pieno rispetto degli standard dell'hotel.
Collaborerai attivamente con i team di Welcome, Kitchen e Housekeeping per assicurare un servizio efficiente, cordiale e personalizzato, contribuendo a creare un'esperienza memorabile per ogni ospite.

Il/la candidato/a ideale Ã¨ una persona motivata, con buone capacitÃ comunicative, fluente in italiano e inglese e orientata a offrire un servizio professionale e impeccabile.
Lavorerai a stretto contatto con l'IRD Supervisor, supportandolo e coordinandoti con lui/lei in tutte le attivitÃ operative quotidiane.

MANSIONI PRINCIPALI:

Preparare i carrelli secondo gli standard e consegnare gli ordini di Room Service alle camere;
Essere in grado di spiegare e presentare i piatti ordinati;
Garantire un'esperienza di Room Service personalizzata, completa e puntuale;
Assicurarsi che tutte le pietanze siano presentate in conformitÃ con gli standard dell'hotel e le specifiche F&B
Distribuire le amenities per gli ospiti secondo necessitÃ ;
Aiutare a ritirare tutte le forniture necessarie (biancheria, bevande, alimenti secchi, ecc.) e organizzarle correttamente;
Eseguire ogni altro compito assegnato dal/la IRD Supervisor;
Segnalare tempestivamente eventuali problemi tecnici, reclami o richieste particolari;
Gestione del Minibar;

REQUISITI PREFERENZIALI

Titolo di studio: Diploma di scuola superiore o equivalente (G.E.D.).

Esperienza lavorativa correlata: Ã preferibile una precedente esperienza in ambito Food & Beverage.
