Job Description For Content Creator-Marketing
POSITION SUMMARY
Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
- Take full ownership of all content creation (photography, reels, stories, animations, videos) for all channels, adhering to brand tone and social media guidelines.
- Lead content shoots from ideation and mood board creation through to planning and execution that align with the brand's aesthetic and storytelling objectives
- Act as the main point of contact for any external parties conducting content shoots at the hotel.
- Edit, resize, and adapt content to meet various platform specifications and formats.
- Create and maintain monthly visual asset banks to support campaigns, promotions, and event coverage.
- Maintain and update a monthly content calendar
- Ensure all media content uses only licensed music in compliance with Marriott International guidelines.
- Stay agile and adjust content according to emerging trends and current happenings.
- Ensure all internal stakeholders are briefed in advance on content creation activities.
- Coordinate closely with Venue Managers and F&B teams to maintain fresh and engaging content across all outlets.
- Remain updated on developments within F&B outlets and track competitor activities to ensure relevancy.
- Support the Marketing & Communication Manager in executing a consistent social media strategy that reflects the brand and effectively positions the Hotel.
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of Related Work Experience
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: Photography - Videography
