Job Description For Coord-Office

Caractéristiques générales :
Le/ la Coordinateur/trice Projet de Direction assure et organise le suivi des projets de Direction transversaux.
Il/elle a un point hebdomadaire avec le Directeur Générale et/ou Directeur des Operations.
Missions principales :
• Initie et suit les projets touchant à la vie de l'hôtel (Evènement, lancement de divers projets, suivi RSE)
• Responsable de la prise d'information, du bon suivi et de la communication de nos KPI.
• Forme sur notre système de communication « Empower GXP », « Guestvoice » et informe les équipes
• Centralisation et coordination des informations
Activités types :
• Administratif
o Organise et fait le suivi des différents « petit » et « grand » projets avec les personnes concernées, notamment pour l'obtention de la cinquième étoile.
o Etabli(e) un calendrier d'actions et procède aux relances
o Rédige certains e-mails et/ou lettres en interne
o Rédige certains communication écrite et visuelle sous la supervision de la responsable marketing et communication.
o Est le/ la principal(e) contact de certains prestataires
Activités complémentaires :
• Participe aux réunions d'exploitation (Guest relations, Guestvoice meeting, Morning Rways, etc )
• Peut être amené(e) à travailler avec les différents services en fonction des besoins
• Gestion de certaines communications vers l'extérieur
• S'assure du suivi du respect des procédures interne
