W Sydney is now casting for an Executive Chef to oversee the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, this integral role provides presents an amazing opportunity to play a key role in the world's largest W Hotel.
Primary responsibilities include being the strategic business leader of W Sydney's culinary operations, including BTWN Restaurant, Living Room Bar, 29/30 Rooftop Bar and Restaurant, WET® Deck, In-Room Dining and Events/Catering. This position ensures the culinary operation meets the brand's target customer needs, ensures talent satisfaction, and focuses on growing revenues and maximizing the financial performance of the department. The Executive Chef will develop and implement property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand's target customer and hotel talent and provide a return on investment.
