Automation Engineer, AI Studio at Marriott
Position Overview
Own enterprise-grade AI automation-from risk evaluation to workflow acceleration. You will design agent-driven test, release, and compliance pipelines and build internal copilots that eliminate repetitive engineering work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain synthetic, adversarial, and jailbreak suites to probe bias, toxicity, factuality.
- Architect agent-powered automation that:
- • triggers evaluation loops (OpenAI Evals / PromptBench / custom) in CI,
- • assembles artefacts for the self-cert repository,
- • generates regression data slices on demand.
- Build developer-facing copilots/bots (e.g., PR reviewers, log analyzers) integrated through MCP servers.
- Extend guardrail engines with custom regex, embedding filters, and semantic policies; expose live risk dashboards.
- Partner with Engineering Lead to convert manual runbooks into fully automated, agent-driven workflows.
Qualifications - 5 yrs automation, Dev Tools, or SRE; 2 + yrs LLM evaluation or agent-framework work.
- Proficient in Python/TypeScript and CI systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI).
- Hands-on with agent frameworks (Autogen, CrewAI, LangGraph) or RPA/orchestration tools (Temporal, Airflow).
- Demonstrated record delivering measurable productivity or risk-reduction via AI automation.
Preferred Skills - Contributions to open-source guardrail or agent-automation projects.
- Experience rolling out continuous risk-scoring in SOC-2 / PCI environments.
The pay range for this position is $40.81 to $67.98 per hour.
Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
