Job Description For FLEX Business Analyst - GIS Portfolio Content Strategy

EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS - Content Planning: Develop and execute the content strategy aligned to business objectives and user needs.
- Content Review & Editing: Collaborate with content owners to prepare and produce high-quality content for various internal communications platforms and channels.
- Content Delivery Management: Oversee the development and launch of new content, ensuring consistency across all channels, including but not limited to internal websites and targeted email communications.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Technical Leads, and Scrum Masters to ensure content aligns with overall business goals.
- Content Governance: Establish and enforce internal content standards and guidelines to maintain quality, consistency and brand voice.
CANDIDATE PROFILEEducation & ExperienceRequired: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field. Advanced degrees and certifications in content strategy or digital marketing are a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate content performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent copyediting/copywriting skills, with a keen eye for detail to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
- Excellent verbal, written and teamwork skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility/agile mindset to adjust strategies based on changing trends and business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and meet the needs of target audience; and convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
The pay range for this position is $30.86 to $48.56 per hour.
Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
