Leveraging data-driven insights, the Director will collaborate across disciplines to build cohesive and scalable global marketing programs. In addition, this role will lead marketing strategy and execution for key strategic partnerships and growth initiatives-ensuring these efforts deliver measurable value, are aligned with broader business goals, and resonate with customer expectations. The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketer with a creative and customer-first mindset, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and a passion for innovation and emerging technology. This role demands excellent communication and project leadership capabilities, with the ability to influence across functions and regions within a complex global organization. .
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Education and Experience Required Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related major
- Eight or more years' relevant professional experience in marketing or a related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance OR Ten or more years of relevant professional experience in marketing or related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance. Strong collaboration skills and cross-functional team leadership experience
- Education and Experience Preferred Prior experience in marketing loyalty programs, lifecycle marketing, promotions and/or partnership marketing Expertise in managing end to end marketing campaign development
- Core Work Activities Lifecycle & Partner Marketing Strategy Develops and executes campaigns aligned with lifecycle marketing strategies to drive member acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation. Leads the strategy, promotion, and activation of partnership marketing efforts through both launch and sustainment phases. Collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies and activations. Stays current on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance marketing approaches. Crafts compelling communications and marketing assets that resonate with members and next-generation consumers. Oversees external agency relationships, including creative and consulting partners, from briefing through to execution. Manages marketing budgets effectively and ensures alignment with strategic priorities.
- Performance & Results Leverages data analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform ongoing marketing decisions. Partners with marketing and analytics teams to assess promotion performance for both internal and external stakeholders. Synthesizes insights into actionable strategies and clear next steps. Ensures reporting is timely, accurate, and tailored to stakeholder needs. Uses performance data to identify opportunities, evaluate cost/profitability, and build informed budget forecasts.
- Delivering on Stakeholder Needs Builds a strong understanding of stakeholder priorities and delivers solutions that meet their objectives. Sets clear goals and action plans to organize and deliver work efficiently. Manages project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution. Fosters collaboration with internal teams and external partners to advance business strategies.
- Communicates concepts in a clear, compelling, and audience-appropriate way. Produces high-quality outputs-reports, presentations, etc.-that support decision-making and alignment.
- Demonstrates a consistent understanding of broader business goals and aligns marketing initiatives accordingly.
- Team Leadership & Development Leads and inspires a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Provides regular coaching and feedback to support team members' growth and development. Identifies professional development opportunities to build marketing capabilities and leadership potential. Sets clear expectations and empowers team members to take ownership and deliver impactful work
The pay range for this position is $60.38 to $82.26 per hour.
