This is a temporary position.
The Director, Marriott Bonvoy Brand Marketing (MAT LEAVE COVER) reports to the Senior Director, Marriott Bonvoy Brand & Content Marketing and will serve as the temporary lead for key brand marketing initiatives during a 4-month maternity leave coverage. This role will focus on leading high-visibility workstreams related to Marriott Bonvoy brand identity, branded merchandise, and portfolio strategy, helping to shape how the brand shows up across global channels, products, and experiences.
In this global role, the Director will also serve as a champion for the Marriott Bonvoy brand, helping to educate internal teams and external partners on key facets of the brand and its application across touchpoints. They will collaborate closely with Global Brand, Creative, Partnerships, Loyalty, and Continent teams to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment across the business, while guiding internal stakeholders and external agency partners in the expression and implementation of the brand.
Ideal candidates are seasoned brand marketers with strong project management skills, a passion for brand building, and the ability to work confidently in a highly matrixed organization.
