The Marriott Mobile Product team leads design, development, and innovation on the highly-rated Bonvoy iOS and Android apps used by millions of Marriott customers booking business and leisure stays across 8,000+ hotels and 30+ brands. We are seeking a mobile product manager to lead data-driven personalization and commerce capabilities. Reporting to the Director of Digital Loyalty Product, the Product Manager will play a key role in maturing Marriott's mobile loyalty experience in support of advancing the Company's goal of becoming the world's favorite travel company.
In support of Marriott's overall mobile growth strategy, this role will partner with key product, design and engineering leaders across the organization to define and own the roadmap for unique growth experiences in the mobile app. This role will develop and execute a data and user-driven strategy for providing our customers a best-in-class digital loyalty experience. Additionally, the PM will lead a cross-functional agile product team to activate against each aspect of that roadmap and strategy.
The person in this role will be comfortable leading and managing communication across the broader organization for all aspects of the mobile roadmap that pertain to these unique capabilities and experiences. An ideal candidate will be a true data-driven digital product manager who relentlessly pushes to understand customer needs, balance user value with business value, and continually partner and prioritize in a complex and fast-paced environment. This person will be able to navigate both strategic and tactical business, design and engineering challenges seamlessly and will serve as a key partner across the broader Marriott organization with a diverse set of internal stakeholders.
A successful candidate will bring experience in mobile product management as well as demonstrated, successful delivery in an enterprise setting. Additionally, an ideal candidate will have an understanding of direct to consumer digital and mobile products, personalization, a global growth mindset, a collaborative team spirit, and a passion for delivering amazing mobile experiences that consumers love.
