Job Description For FLEX Senior Program Specialist - Billing Support
This is a temporary position. This role is remote. This is initially an 8-week assignment with the potential for extension. Must be proficient in PeopleSoft and Excel.
Financial Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable activities including invoicing, and vendor management
- Accounts receivable activities including managing collections, processing payments, reconciling accounts
- Managing and processing business expenses
- Month end close
- Working directly with Marriott Business Services to ensure payments are received
Business Support: - Scheduling appointments and following up with client emails
- Answering any client questions regarding payment opportunities
- Supporting special projects as defined by leader
Requirements: - Minimum 2-year college degree
- Proficient in excel
- Previous project management experience
The pay range for this position is $22.01 to $38.65 per hour.
Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
