The Flex Senior Program Specialist, Marriott Bonvoy Moments is an integral part of the Global Sponsorships & Experiences team - supporting the activation of the Marriott Bonvoy Moments platform. This role supports the Sr. Director, Marriott Bonvoy Moments and provides support on Moments marketing, data organization, administrative processes, invoice & contract processing, meeting planning, scheduling, communication, and maintaining organized central files on shared drives.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience Required
• 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major
OR
• High school diploma or GED AND 2+ years of relevant professional experience in marketing or related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance.
• Strong project management and organization skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results, effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Professional demeanor, capable of expressing confident, independent judgment.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams and other software for simple editing
Education and Experience Preferred
• Relevant work experience in the areas of brand management, marketing or project management
• Experience managing events, logistics and admin processes
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Marriott Bonvoy Moments
• Manages Moments pipeline and calendar in collaboration with agencies, continent, and brand teams.
• Helps to execute and host Moment experiences.
• Assists with ongoing reporting and tracking of the Moments platform, working in excel and PowerPoint to draft various deliverables.
• Assists with the overall operational effectiveness of the Moments platform (inputting experiences into and pulling reports from CMS, member comms, asset management, billing and invoice submissions, etc.).
• Monitors Moments shared inbox, triaging and fielding member questions as needed.
• Assists agencies and continents with various member needs and necessary refunds.
• Supports various marketing needs, collecting and collating inputs/approvals from various stakeholders across owned channels
• Manages ongoing Moments Teams folder organization and uploads Moments creative assets to Box.
• Manages ongoing Moments data & taxonomy organization.
• Assists with management of Marriott Bonvoy Moments assets (photography, video, presentations, guides, etc.)
• Supports team with meeting planning and scheduling, including conference room booking, AV needs, catering, etc.
• Supports the team with process and work allocation to ensure smooth financial management - including billing and invoice submissions, and budget tracking.
• Provides support with creation and management of presentation, reporting and meeting decks, including organization of presentation archive and slide/image library.
