The Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly F&B Supervisor (Full time) to lead our team in delivering warm and engaging service.

In this role, you will:

• Supervise and support the team in providing outstanding customer service across all F&B outlets: banquet events, Peppina, Mary Mary and the Deco Lounge.
• Respond to and endeavor to fulfill special banquet event arrangements, ensuring seamless execution.
• Oversee the setup of banquet areas/rooms, ensuring cleanliness and the accurate arrangement of furniture and equipment.
• Inspect and maintain table setups in all venues to ensure cleanliness, neatness and adherence to group requirements and company standards, proactively resolving any issues.
• Assist in training new team members on service standards, procedures, and product knowledge. Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure they feel confident in their roles.
• Under the guidance of the Assistant Restaurant Manager or F&B Duty Manager, you can address minor performance issues with team members in a constructive and timely manner.

About You

• Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within a luxury hotel or hospitality venue.
• A strong work ethic coupled with exceptional customer service skills.
• Impeccable personal presentation standards and a keen eye for detail.
• A genuine passion for and knowledge of food & beverage products.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm personality, both in person and via email.
• A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
• A valid DoFoodSafely Certificate.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, is essential.
