POSITION SUMMARY
Guest Experience Expert - Transfers & Arrival Coordination Focus
At The Ritz-Carlton we believe a guest's experience starts well before check-in. As a Guest Experience Expert specializing in guest transfers and arrival coordination, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests' journey - ensuring their arrival is seamless, welcoming, and worry-free.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate all aspects of guest transfers from airports, ports, or other locations to the resort.
- Monitor arrival schedules, liaise with transportation providers, and ensure timely, efficient pickups and drop-offs.
- Personally welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in, making sure the first impression is exceptional.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs, addressing any concerns related to transfers or arrival experiences.
- Communicate with internal departments (e.g., Front Office, Concierge, Jetty/Boat teams) to ensure smooth arrival flow.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports related to guest arrivals, departures, and transfer arrangements.
What We're Looking For: - Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest moments.
- Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Proactive approach to guest service, with great attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move with guests during shift hours.
- Comfortable with handling light physical tasks (e.g., lifting luggage under 10 pounds).
- Prior experience in a front office or guest services role is an advantage but not required.
Preferred Qualifications: - Warm, professional appearance and demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
