DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

• Supports the Business Transformation Office to plan and deploy the largest technology transformation in the industry across the organization in Asia Pacific.
• Assist in communications, coordination, and ad-hoc requests
• Track project progress, ensuring timely milestone delivery
• Support research, analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making
• Engage with stakeholders and contribute to planning sessions

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

We are looking for a university student who is passionate, committed, and keen to learn with the following attributes:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in group settings and/or independently
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task several assignments
• Demonstrates problem solving skills
• Demonstrates creativity and innovation
• Takes initiative to be proactive and requires minimal supervision

QUALIFICATION STANDARD

• Education:
  • Undergraduate in Hospitality, Social Sciences, Business Management, Economics or Marketing preferred.
• Requirements:
  • Singaporean, Singapore Permanent Resident Holder or valid student pass / work holiday pass
  • Eligible for undergraduate in a Singapore registered university program / undergraduate or graduate of a university in Singapore, Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom or United States.
  • Prepared to commit to a six months' internship.
• Grooming:
  All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Marriott standards.
