Job Description For Mixologist - W Prague

W Prague is looking for charismatic and passionate individuals to join our B&F team as Bartenders / Mixologists.

What You'll Do:
Mix and serve drinks with precision, flair, and attention to detail

Create memorable guest experiences by being a true host of the space

Keep the bar area organized, clean, and well-stocked at all times

Deliver food service when needed, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards

Handle cash, process payments, and complete end-of-shift reports accurately

Collaborate with team members across departments to support seamless service

Represent the W brand with style, professionalism, and authenticity
About You:
Minimum of 1 year bartending experience preferred

Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktail techniques, and bar operations

Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Confident, outgoing, and positive attitude

Able to multitask, work under pressure, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
