The Ritz Carlton, Hong Kong is currently hiring a Senior Marketing Communications Manager, serving 2 luxury properties including The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong and W Hong Kong.
Job Summary
- Responsible for building property and brand awareness and drive preference among key travel consumers for The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong and W Hong Kong
- Provide crisis communications assistance to properties
- Promote and maintain good communications in order to enhance the prestigious image of the hotel and by doing so contribute to the revenues of the hotel
- Oversee luxury partnerships as well as brand collaboration for both hotels
- Write and edit all press communications including press releases, media kits and sales information
Job Requirements - Over 5 years of relevant experience preferably in luxury hotels
- A team player with outgoing personalities
- Passionate and service oriented
- Good command of spoken Chinese and English
