Your new challenge:
For our established property - the Four Points by Sheraton Bolzano, including the adjoining MEC South Tyrol Conference Center, the largest in the region - we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Hotel Operation Manager with a strong focus on Rooms Division and extensive expertise in conference and marketing operations.
This position is aimed at visionary leaders ready to take responsibility in a dynamic international environment while staying closely connected to South Tyrolean culture and community.
Your responsibilities:
• Strategic and operational responsibility for the Rooms Division (Reservations, Revenue, Reception, Housekeeping, SPA/Beauty)
• Optimization and quality assurance across Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and Guest Relations
• Close cooperation with the other departments Administration, Group & Conference, F&B, Maintenance, Sales & Marketing, Banqueting/Catering
• Active involvement in positioning the hotel and conference center in both national and international markets
• Leading, motivating, and developing a dedicated and professional team
• Cost control, budget responsibility, and performance reporting
• Ensuring compliance with the Marriott International quality standards

Your profile:
• Several years of experience in upscale hotel management, ideally within the Marriott Group
• In-depth knowledge and leadership experience in Rooms Division
• Solid background in conference and event management
• Excellent command of Opera PMS
• Languages: German and/or Italian, plus English - all at an excellent professional level
• Proven leadership and negotiation skills, team orientation, and flexibility
• Strong organizational talent, structured work ethic, strategic thinking, and solution-oriented mindset
