Paramount Hotel Dubai Casts Chef Manuel in the Role of Executive Producer Culinary

Paramount Hotel Dubai, known as the theater for the taste buds is thrilled to announce its new Executive Producer of Culinary - Chef Manuel Caicedo.
With an extensive array of international experience and knowledge in cooking and managing multiple cuisines, Chef Manuel has worked his way up the culinary ladder successfully through different positions cross Latin America and Spain, and has now extended his talent to Paramount Hotel Dubai.
In his previous positions, he served in multiple Michelin Star restaurants and worked for more than ten years with international brands. He is a goal-oriented professional with a wealth of culinary knowledge in a variety of cuisines, including Spanish, Latin American, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern.
Retiring his apron as Executive Chef for Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, Chef Manuel embarks on a new Cinematic adventure taking on the leading role as Executive Producer of Culinary at the iconic Paramount Hotel Dubai. Paramount hosts seven unique outlets including a hidden Speakeasy and Californian fine dining restaurant Pacific Groove where Chef Manuel will bring a new and delicious perspective. Manuel is a perfect fit for Paramount Hotel Dubai as he is experienced, creative and passionate about his craft.
Holding dual nationalities- SpainandColombia, Manuel comes from a large family where it is custom to host feasts and gatherings. Manuel got the inspiration to cook from his mother and grandmother admiring their flavors at an early age. Manuel found that he is not only passionate, but also had the technic and dedication to study in the field by attending a culinary school in Colombia.
Chef Manuel has a post graduate degree in Cuisine and Kitchen Management from the University Culinary school of Girona, Spain, as well as a Level 4 award in HACCP management.
Manuel is a family-oriented person and believes in keeping a work life balance. Manuel is constantly adding to his experience, he enjoys visiting other restaurants with his friends so that he is aware of how the culinary world is developing and to be constantly inspired.
