Dazzler by Wyndham is now seeking a Ejecutivo de Reservas to join our team at Dazzler by Wyndham Buenos Aires San Martin in Buenos Aires City , Argentina .

PropÃ³sito

Es responsable de informar, vender y generar la reserva cumpliendo las polÃticas y procedimientos logrando una mayor rentabilidad de las habitaciones y una excelente atenciÃ³n para los clientes del grupo.

Principales funciones y responsabilidades

Contestar cualquier pedido de reserva o informaciÃ³n de manera puntual y profesional
Conocer todas las caracterÃsticas de habitaciones, sus ubicaciones y servicios del hotel
Enviar cotizaciones y confirmaciones en funciÃ³n de los estÃ¡ndares de Wyndham
Mantener actualizada la estructura tarifarÃa
Mantener e informar las diferentes promociones
Tomar todos los datos e informaciÃ³n necesaria para todas las reservas segÃºn las polÃticas y procedimientos del Grupo
Cumplir con los cupos destinados a cada segmento del mercado, cliente y nivel de tarifa de acuerdo a la temporalidad y demanda

EducaciÃ³n y experiencia

Estudios secundarios completos, estudiantes cursando primeros aÃ±os de hotelerÃa o carreras afines
Experiencia mÃnima de 2 aÃ±os en posiciones similares
