Job Description
Responsible for managing Front Office, Housekeeping.
- Assist General Manager in day to day operation and overall management of the hotel.
- Preparation of the annual Rooms Business Plan ensuring divisional objectives fully address business objectives of the
hotel
- Ensure a flawless Operation, consistent service quality & guest experience as per brand standard.
- Review reports and financial statements to work towards operational excellence.
- Drive Revenue & Inventory Management.
- Drive Cost Optimization in every activity in the operation.
- Personally ensure asset upkeep and maintenance as per owner and the brand expectations.
- Coach & support the team to effectively deliver as per Budgets.
- Set goals and expectations for direct reports using the performance review process and hold all accountable for
successful performance.
