Description
What you will do:
• Ensures the efficient and economic operation of the Engineering Division providing services and support to other Divisions as required, maintaining equipment, buildings and grounds in optimum condition.
• andles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.
• Execute the repair, maintenance and engineering operations according to the departmental standards.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Ensure effective service recovery pertaining to guests' feedback.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of similar experiences in large scale hospitality establishment desirable.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills are a must.
