The hotel consisted of a 19th century manor house overlooks our Queen Mary lawn, the Lymington River. A 42 comfortable ensuite bedrooms plus 26 self-catering apartment, 5 conference rooms for up to 250 guests and a Health Club. Set in 23 acres of beautiful landscaped, the hotel offers bespoke services in all areas of the operation grounds Indoor & seasonal outdoor pool Elemis Spa, Vital Health and Wellbeing club Golf courses nearby, unique events spaces with fantastic services available, Meeting and Conference, two excellent restaurants onsite Luxury weddings and Spa packages. Having undergone such a significant transformation and with Interim and new General Manager at Macdonald Elmers Court, work with the all senior management team to take the estate to the next level. Nanteos Mansion is a privately owned 4 stars 23 bedrooms and 4 bedrooms house self-catering luxury country house 33,000 acres throughout Cardiganshire or, know it today, Ceredigion. a multi-million pound refurbishment of this Grade 1 listed Mansion, together with its Grade 2 Listed stables and walled garden. I found that whiles the staffs were keen; there was no form of direction or operating procedures. The hotel was in some instances being run to suit the staff rather than the guest. The approach by all was reactive, rather than proactive and there was little to no maximizing of revenue in evidence.
