Centara Hires Experienced Executive to Develop Talent and Support its Distinctive Culture
Saranya Chensukitphanit as Corporate Director of Training and Talent Development.
Centara Hotels Resorts, Thailands largest hotel operator, announced the appointment of Saranya Chensukitphanit as Corporate Director of Training and Talent Development. She is the latest addition to the executive team driving the companys regional expansion. Her experience will help Centara attract and develop talent, prepare them for growing responsibilities, and support the companys high-performance service culture.
Before joining Centara, Ms. Saranya was a Human Resources Business Partner in PepsiCos Asia Pacific Region. Her previous experience included HR management posts for Estee Lauder and the Dutch dairy giant Friesland Campina. She graduated with a degree in Chinese Language from Chulalongkorn University and received a Masters degree in Management from the University of York in the UK.
