JOB & RESPONSIBILITIES.
1. Supervising Maintenance Staff: The maintenance supervisor is responsible for managing a team of maintenance technicians and ensuring that they perform their duties efficiently. This includes assigning tasks, providing guidance and training, and conducting performance evaluations.
2. Preventive Maintenance: The supervisor is responsible for implementing and managing a preventive maintenance program to ensure that all equipment, systems, and facilities are properly maintained and serviced on a regular basis. This helps to prevent breakdowns and prolong the lifespan of the hotel's assets.
3. Repairs and Troubleshooting: When equipment or systems in the hotel facility break down or malfunction, the maintenance supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the repair process. This may involve troubleshooting issues, ordering replacement parts, and working with external contractors if necessary.
4._ Safety and Compliance_: The supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and standards.
