I get involved in the entire gamut of HR processes from Recruitment that includes talent scouting/identification (on-boarding – mobilization / Emigration procedures / Induction / JD & KRA listing, Deployment), Performance Appraisal Management and Need-based Training evaluation, Learning & Development initiatives, OD & CSR initiatives in line with Company Policy, etc. The Administrative requirements covering Establishment of Camps / Accommodation, Direct Employee engagement & Relation Management to include Grievance Redresses mechanisms, Collective Bargaining and Logistics for large workforce of Direct Indirect Staff up to 18000 in Oil & Gas / Building & Infrastructure verticals of construction Industry amid diverse topographical and Terrain constraints (Sulfur Fields in middle of desert to Capital Cities across GCC/MENA) for Large Projects (USD 2 Billion and above). In Doha, I was involved in entire HR & Administration ambit related to a newly allocated 1.8 Billion Riyal Building Project from its inception/take-off stage vis-à-vis recruitment of 150 staff and 2000 work-force in a record time of 3 months from the initial preparation of loading charts to their deployment (immigration process, accommodation, induction etc.). This besides I was involved in Handling of Lusail City HUB’s end to end Administrative Management for 3 Years plus which was headquartering more than 1000 Key staff from Client/PMCM/Consultants/Key contractors who were responsible for all 22 Packages worth 31 UD Billion. It was a comprehensive ask that involved organizing and raising a team from start, setting up KRA’s for different verticals, establishing JD’s and ensuring that all client specific requisites are met as per contractual obligation. I had a Team of Maintenance Engineers, Facility & Security, HSE including Medical Care of more than 200 for the same.
I have honed my educational faculties over the years through various certification courses and performance-enhancing workshops e.g., Project Management, Leadership and TQM, Lead Auditor Training on ISO 55001:2014, etc. over and above my master’s in human resource management.
I bring above and more to the table as HR & Administration personal owing to my armed forces experience which equips me with astute understanding of crisis management in face of extremes of circumstances/situations as was highlighted in Tripoli, Libya during "Facebook Revolution" and other places wherein I held my ground in face of extreme adversity.
