Responsible for babysitting and hotel guest requests. <br>In charge and attends Lost and Found/ Lost Property section phone calls and email inquiries in professional and efficient manner in accordance with to SOP. <br>In charge of preparing, monitoring and performs store inventory and ordering Housekeeping Department needed items as, and when required. <br>Prepare /update Housekeeping associates timesheets in the system, training actual, vacation plan, flight tickets through the resort system. <br>Prepare and monitor over time, extra hours of associates, turn down payment and forward to related department. <br>Handle hotel guest special requests. <br>Prepare and monitor Housekeeping Department, monthly environmental and productivity statistic report.2012 - 2015 (3 Years)
