The restaurant which I use to work is multi-cuisine eg DINING ROOM, speciality restaurants i.e. buffet, American Family, Russian Service, High end etc My responsibilities include overseeing the activities of restaurant staff, expediting customers' orders as needed, and maintaining good working relationships with suppliers. You should also be able to identify ways to decrease the restaurant's operational costs. Also responsible for all the Wine inventories. Restaurants are fast-paced environments. Regardless of which job you have in a restaurant, you will learn to multitask and work in a stressful environment. So I learned customer service skills and improved my ability to communicate not only with customers but also with other members of the staff.
