Make Way for a New Food and Beverage Producer at Paramount Hotel Midtown!
Iryna Simanko steps into the limelight this January
Where Hollywood-chic goes to ‘see and be seen’, the movie-inspired Paramount Hotel Midtown has appointed a talented new Food and Beverage Producer, Iryna Simanko, to oversee all five venues at the hotel, as well as be responsible for the recruitment, training, and development of her team.
In her new role, Iryna will oversee the production of some of the finest A-list inspired restaurants and bars, from its all-day dining restaurant CineScope, Signature Italian restaurant Paparazzi, Pool Bar and Lounge Malibu Sky Lounge, Melrose Bar and Lounge, L Café, as well as private dining and events.

Iryna brings over 13 years of diverse hospitality experience, both in the region and internationally. With an extensive background across luxury brands in beverage management, F&B operations, event planning, and customer relations, she is due to make Paramount Hotel Midtown’s F&B concepts sit among recognizable favorites in Dubai.
