I am a skillful professional who believes in a result-driven mechanism, quality, and quantity-focused and intended Food & Beverage management professional with 16 years of cross-functional operational exposure, financial, Development, training, and personnel management success in 4 Pre-opening projects, rebranding & management roles. Worked for FIVE Palm Jumeirah, Dubai ( first lifestyle hotel brand) Dubai as an Operations Manager of Food and Beverage for 470 Keys Hotel and Resort with an additional 212 resident keys from Feb 2017 until April 2020. I have been laid off due to the current market situation, hence actively looking around and can join ASAP. ( Feb 2017- April 2020)Managed 11 multiple food and Beverage venues, achieving a foretasted revenue target of 20 Million AED monthly ( Approx. 540 k $US) / 221 Million yearly, including International LL DAY DINING, , POOL & BEACH BAR CLUB (Beach by Five), Lobby Lounge and coffee shop, Whisky, and cigar lounge operations, with the multicultural team of 140 plus associates including Managers, assistant managers, and front lines.
