Job Description For Waiter (Arabic Speakers)

We are currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Food & Beverage (F&B) Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling cash, operating POS systems, managing inventory, supporting special events and exhibitions, providing feedback on menu selections, maintaining high grooming standards, and working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and deliver excellent customer service.
Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
Ensure timely service and delivery of orders to guests.
Serve food and drinks professionally and efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism.
Set up and maintain tables and dining areas to the highest standard.
Promote and upsell daily specials and menu items.
Process guest payments and operate the POS/cash register system.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area at all times.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to support smooth operations.
