Please find below a snapshot of my career so far.
I have a total of Fifteen years of experience in Front Office operations, with five of them as Front Office Manager. These have been across four international brands including brands like Marriott International, Anantara Resorts and Spa and Taj Group of Hotels across Asia and Middle East Markets.
I was the Front Office Manager during the successful Pre Opening of the JW Marriott, Medan (Indonesia) and in that role, I have also overseen the pre-opening operations of the Spa, Security and Housekeeping. I have also been the Front Office Manager of the Renaissance Mumbai Convention Center and Marriott Executive Apartments, overlooking a inventory of 700+ rooms and apartments.
I am currently working at the Flora Creek Deluxe Hotel Apartment in Dubai as Rooms Division Manager, where I am responsible for creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures, Manning and operational budgets and assisting with Technology Integration and Advancements throughout the hotel.
I have also successfully overseen the refurbishment of the property with a full refurbishment of the Rooms and Public Areas.
With a background of managing Multiple Nationality team over varied markets, product categories, as well as pre-opening experience, I would like to present my candidature for the position.
