MAIN DUTIES:
Strategic Planning:
• Create a marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and guest loyalty.
• Develop and implement annual marketing and communication plans aligned with the corporate objective and target audience.
• Liaise with various departments to coordinate marketing support for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to adjust strategy as needed.
Brand Management:
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms like print, digital, social, and events.
• Create Brand Stationery and marketing collateral that are aligned with the brand standard.
• Guard and manage corporate identity, tone of voice, and brand guidelines.
Content Creation & Management:
• Evaluate and execute content development for marketing materials, websites, press releases, newsletters, and social media.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, photographers, and videographers to produce engaging content.
• Maintain an editorial calendar for consistent and timely content delivery.
Digital Marketing:
• Manage and optimize social media presence across platforms, promoting brand initiatives and engaging with customers
• Manage marketing champagnes, including email marketing, social media advertising and promotions to drive traffic and revenue.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
Media & Public Relations:
• Build and maintain media relationships with journalists, influencers and bloggers.
• Draft press releases, coordinate interviews, and handle public statements and crisis communication.
• Create external blogs and internal Newsletter of corporate for internal circulation including achievements and present news in the group.
Event Management:
• Plan and manage internal and external events Including Invitation of Influencers, Bloggers and Sponsorships.
• Coordinate with vendors and media partners and third-party agencies for execution.
Reporting & Analysis:
• Establish and track key marketing KPIs, metrics, and ROI for all campaigns.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Present marketing performance data to senior management with visual dashboards and summaries.
