Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries in a professional manner.
Address guest complaints or concerns, ensuring quick resolution and guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
Process payments, maintain accurate billing records, and issue receipts.
Uphold hotel policies, safety standards, and brand service guidelines.
Promote additional hotel services and upsell rooms, amenities, or packages when appropriate.
Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly.
Professional appearance and a customer-oriented attitude.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality or Tourism degree is a plus).
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
