Job Description
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage payroll processing, support limited general contractor (GC) responsibilities, and assist in income-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be experienced in financial processes and eager to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Maintain payroll records, prepare reports, and handle payroll-related queries.
- Assist with onboarding and documentation of subcontractors, including compliance verification, handling of foreign currency transactions, and limited GC-related administrative duties.
- Support income tracking, including coordinating with internal teams on receivables, deposits, and cash flow entries.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and assist in month-end closings.
- Monitor financial transactions and accounting data in relevant systems.
- Prepare and assist with daily, weekly and monthly income reports.
- Support audits and ensure adherence to financial and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations.
Qualifications
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing or general accounting support.
- Familiarity with general contractor administration and subcontractor compliance (preferred, but not required).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll/accounting software.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
