To audit and verify all revenue transactions, ensure accurate recording, and prepare daily and monthly sales reports in accordance with Dubai Golf’s financial policies and procedures.
Analyze variances and rectify errors in the Daily Sales Report (DSR) of EGC in coordination with supervisors if needed.
Print and review Concept and Micros income audit reports daily for accuracy and filing.
Audit all Concept sales transactions to ensure compliance with Dubai Golf policies.
Review and verify discounts for Concept and Micros transactions, flagging unauthorized discounts.
Ensure all Micros transactions are compliant and authorized, particularly those closed to Concept accounts.
Audit promotional discounts to confirm approvals and alignment with company policies.
Print and audit F&B function sheets and golf preparation sheets to confirm correct charges.
Reconcile all member transactions with Concept and Micros reports and forward to AR Accountant.
Update credit card batch totals from 'Z' report in the Daily Sales Report.
Ensure all credit card slips are signed or verified via PIN.
Enter SAP receipt information into the Daily Sales workbook.
Reconcile any revenue and settlement variances with appropriate remarks.
Audit transactions settled via vouchers for validity and eligibility.
Check and report on entertainment and complimentary vouchers for proper authorization.
Verify all management duty meal checks and ensure compliance with policy.
Provide technical support to outlets (e.g. POS, credit card terminals).
Supply supporting documentation for any credit card disputes.
Conduct surprise cash counts and random outlet spot checks; file reports.
Perform spot checks on outlet floats as per SOP.
Maintain monthly archive of all transaction checks and audit reports.
Update daily summaries of entertainment, promotional, and complimentary voucher transactions.
Save open check reports from Micros in Excel format daily.
Update daily banking summary for deposit postings and reconciliation.
Segregate and forward all cross charges to EGC daily.
Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Income Audit Supervisor or Financial Controller.
Support Dubai Golf’s continuous improvement initiatives and participate in assigned club committees (e.g., Staff, Green Theme, Food, Sports).
Train and serve as a Fire Marshal or First Aider as required.
Apply Dubai Golf’s Mission, Vision, Values, and the 4 Service Steps when interacting with internal and external customers.
Read, understand, and follow all Wasl DG Information Security policies.
Cooperate with internal/external audits as applicable.
Attend Information Security awareness sessions conducted by the Wasl IT Department.
Immediately report any actual or suspected security incidents to the IT Service Desk.
