We are currently looking for Chef de Partie to join our Culinary team on a Full Time basis.

Job Description

Reporting to our Executive Chef you will be

• Responsible for the preparation, presentation and display of all menu items.
• You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment and equipment.
• As a leader in our Kitchen you will be expected to develop and coach our junior chefs, and provide them with learning opportunities and access to your experience and knowledge.
• As our Chef de Partie you will also have the opportunity to work alongside our Executive and Sous Chef on menu development and creation.

• Due to the high-volume nature of the role you will be adept at working under pressure in a high-volume environment
• Trade qualification and experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Excellent technical knowledge with experience in a variety of cooking techniques and styles.
• Exemplary communication skills and organisational skills.
• Available for a rotating rosters that include early morning starts.
