Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fairmont Gold Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our exclusive Fairmont Gold Lounge. As the Fairmont Gold Manager, you will be the ambassador of luxury and ensuring every guest in the Fairmont Gold receives an exceptional and memorable experience, a passion for delivering personalized guest experiences, while maintain the highest standards of service and quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the daily operations of the Fairmont Gold Lounge, ensuring seamless and superior service delivery.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to uphold excellence in guest service and operational efficiency.
- Oversee inventory control, budgeting, and cost management for the department.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest experiences.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Implement service initiatives and guest engagement programs to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional guest service skills with a focus on personalized experiences.
- Knowledge of budgeting, inventory control, and cost management.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of F&B service standards as well as front office procedures, including check-in/check-out and guest registration.
